Well, its about time I got around to creating a blog and a website where I can share my thoughts, progress, recipes, and more! Its taken awhile for me to find some time to do it and construct everything because being a full time student takes up the majority of my time, but I'm excited I've taken the time because I want to share my love for fitness and food with everyone! Im still learning all the In's and outs of working with the website and blogging, so just bear with me as I get use to everything!
Now moving on to the real stuff haha 😂
Today was day ✌️ of stranded at home snow day in Alabama.... Yes. Alabama.... Like the south hahah. Little bit of snow and widespread panic like the city turned into that show "the walking dead" or something
Sooooooo, the only way to celebrate the snow day was to obivoulsly:

- Get a good morning H.I.I.T. Session on the treadmill in 🏃🏃
- have a kick ass breakfast in celebration of not having to take 2 tests today 😄🎈🎊🎈

No school again tomorrow 😏❄️⛄️
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (I use bobs red mill.....because bob is dat dude 👌)
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1scoop Cinna-swirl Cellucor whey
- Shake of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (0%)
- 1/4 tsp maple extract
- 1/4 tsp pralines and cream extract (can sub with just another maple 1/4 extract because I special ordered this extract)
- 1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- Couple drops of sweet leaf stevia to taste (I used vanilla cream)
Instructions:
- Mix all above ingredients till combined in a sealable container.
- Place container in fridge!
- Let sit for 4-5 hours
- Take out and layer in a mason jar with raspberries.
- Seal container, and place back in the fridge.
- In the morning grab and dig in!
