Oh, hey everybody.
Sorry I've been a little MIA over the past two or so weeks!
School has picked up because were coming down to the end of the semester with finals, and as a matter of fact I move out of Alabama, and head home back to Atlanta later this week! So I'm very excited to say the least!
But we've got bushiness to attend to,
and in order to completely make up for my brief absence I decided sharing a throwback recipe that I revamped would compensate for the lack of delicious food I've been unable to post.

Can you see the trending topic amongst all the brownie creations so far?....
You guessed it right, immense amounts of chocolate. nothing wrong with that.

I like to make my brownies more fudgier rather than cakey.
if I wanted cakey brownies.... well.... I would have just baked a damn cake instead I guess.
The combination of everything gives the perfect results in the recipe every time for that Fudgy, chewy, mouth watering, finger licking good brownie.

Something about brownies hits home with me, and something with cookie dough in general makes me week at the knees.
So obviously I had to do both justice at the same time.
It was only right.

And I also had to send the kitchen here at school out with a bang considering I'm headed home for summer, and this is probably the last batch of brownies ill bake up here.
And in even greater news, the kitchen back home is gonna be even better and is capable of helping me make even more bomb recipes, so I'm pretty excited for that too.

- 3 tbs sugar free maple syrup
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2-1/4 tsp butter extract (optional)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- Liquid Stevia sweet drops (chocolate - 20 ish drops)
- 1 egg white (3 tbs)
Cookie Dough Icing (topping):
- 1 container 0% greek yogurt (6 Ounces)
- 1 scoop cellucor Cookies n' Cream Whey
- splash of vanilla extract
- liquid stevia drops (Vanilla Cream)
Other:
- 3 tbs Enjoy Life Chocolate chips (Diary free)
Instructions-
- preheat oven to 350
- spray brownie pan with non stick spray (I use coconut oil)
- Mix all brownie ingredients together in a food processor till all mixed to a thick pourable batter (except chocolate Chips)
- add 2 tbs of the chocolate chips and mix in chips with a spoon
- Pour/spoon batter evenly into your oiled brownie pan and flatten out
- Stick in the oven and bake for about 30 min
- Take out when you can stick a toothpick/knife in it and it comes out clean
- Sick in the fridge while still in the pan for another 15-30 min (this is important for the fudginess your looking for)
- wile brownies cool, mix all cookie dough icing ingredients till combine and let thicken in the fridge
- completely wait till brownies are cool because you don't want to add the icing while they are still hot or warm because your icing will run.
- both the icing and brownies can be left in the fridge till they have cooled completely
- take out of fridge when cooled and pour icing and spoon over brownies evenly
- top with your other left over tbs of chocolate chips, and stick the brownie pan in the freezer to let the icing harden (20-30 min tops)
- Take out when icing is a bit hardened and cut into 12 brownies
- Keep in a sealed container in fridge for up to a week (and they can be stored in the freezer if they last longer then that)
- don't eat too quick
