When I first saw the idea for "Chickpea Cookies" I was a little thrown off I guess.
Not that many people would really ever consider trying something like making cookies out of beans..... so shoutout and props to the first person to ever say: "Hey, we should make some cookies out of these!"
That person deserves a pat on the back, a hug, or something in return.
I try to make all my recipes as simple and as versatile as possible, so everyone can make some kind of version!
Like I said before! the ingredients are minimal, and so is the time spent making and baking these suckers up.
Literally.... make in 10 minutes...... bake for 10 minutes.....

- Enjoy Life Chocolate chips
- Dark Chocolate Chunks
- Raw Cacao Nibs
- Granola
- Nuts - Walnuts, Almonds, Macadamia
- Dried fruit like raisins, cranberries, or even mulberries
And if you were wondering...... Yes. You can lick the cookie dough spoon once your done scooping and lining these guyss out to bake.
