hell... everyday calls for pancakes if possible,
but I wanted something to blow my mind away, so I pulled out all the stops for this bad boy.

So, obviously the answer to my weekend pancake mind blowing experience was met face to face with.........
Cookies N' Cream Banana Brownie Batter Pancakes
Using one of my Old School Fudgey Protein Brownies in the batter, along with Cellucor Cookies and cream Whey!
Oh no it doesn't stop there people....
Last but certainly not least,
Topped with a vanilla buttercream frosting, and then drizzled with sugar free syrup!

Ingredients:
Pancakes-
Add ins-
Vanilla Buttermilk frosting- Mix combination of the 4 till desired consistency
Old School Black Bean Fudgy Protein Brownie-
Instructions:
Pancakes-
- 1/2 cup oats (ground into oat flower before)
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 scoop Cookies and Cream whey (cellucor)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Splash Vanilla extract
- 3 tbs almond milk
- 2 egg whites (6 tbs egg whites from carton) shake carton before using to mix egg whites up a little
- Liquid stevia to taste (vanilla cream sweet leaf- 8-12 drops)
Add ins-
Vanilla Buttermilk frosting- Mix combination of the 4 till desired consistency
- sugar free maple syrup
- greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp butter extract
- stevia drops
- 1tbs vanilla sf/ff pudding mix (can be subbed for whey)
Old School Black Bean Fudgy Protein Brownie-
- Can also be subbed with a Brownie Quest bar
Instructions:
- combine all Dry ingredients in cup/measuring cup (easier to mix or pour)
- add all wet ingredients (should be very thick : thicker batter = thicker pancakes)
- heat up pan/skillet to medium with non stick spray (I used coconut oil)
- spoon/pour batter after pan heats up
- add your cut up Brownie to the top of pancakes while they cook
- watch pancakes carefully, so they don't burn
- flip, cook a little more, remove from heat, and plate them
- top/layer with the other half of your banana (not used in batter), buttermilk frosting, and sf maple syrup
- eat up
