My mom came to visit me at school this weekend, so I had a good time seeing her and having some time to catch up with her on some other stuff.
its always nice when you get someone to come see you and then they bring what I like to call "The Goods" 😏

I love using chickpeas in my cookies to give em' that extra umph💪👊👊
But it took me a little to decide what flavor cookies.

Ingredients:
Makes 15 cookies — macros for all my IIFYM people out there

- 1 can chickpeas/garbanzo beans rinsed and patted dry
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 12 liquid stevia drops (cinnamon flavor used)
- 2 scoops cellucor cinnamon swirl whey
- 2tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4th cup sugar free maple syrup
- Dash of cinnamon (optional)
- 2-3 tbs enjoy life Chocholate chips (not optional hahah)
- Set oven to 350
- Set out cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Combine all ingredients EXCEPT Chocholate chips in a food processor and blend till well combined
- add in Chocolate chips after food processor has mixed everything and pulse till combined
- scoop out (I used ice cream scooper) and form 15 balls while placing them on the parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 min
- Take the suckers out 😮
- Let them cool...... Or not
- Eatttttt

- Keep in sealed container in fridge for up to a week
