Protein Chocholate Chip Cookie Dough Quick Cookies 🙊 with my special ingredient 👌 chickpeas! 😁
Ingredients:
Makes 15 cookies — macros for all my IIFYM people out there

Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas/garbanzo beans rinsed and patted dry
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 12 liquid stevia drops (vanilla cream)
- 2 scoops cellucor whipped vanilla whey
- 2tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4th cup sugar free maple syrup
- Dash of cinnamon (optional)
- 2-3 tbs enjoy life Chocholate chips
- Set oven to 350
- Set out cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Combine all ingredients EXCEPT Chocholate chips in a food processor and blend till well combined
- Mix in Chocholate chips with knife after food processor has mixed everything
- scoop out (I used ice cream scooper) and form 15 balls while placing them on the parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 min
- Take the suckers out 😮
- Let them cool...... Or not
- Eatttttt
- Your welcome👌
- Keep in sealed container in fridge for up to a week

I found out if you take the little shells off each chickpea before you process them your left with a smoother kinda creamer texture in your cookie 🍪🍪🍪 warning..... It takes an extra 15 min to do that 😂....... and more mess
