As you can see from the title it's now day 3 ✌️☝️ of no classes because of the weather ❄️⛄️. I'm not complaining though 😏
I feel like No matter how old you get snow days are treated the same by everybody.
With fireplaces lit, warm blankets, hot drinks, and a bunch of netflix 👌
Ok.... maybe the netflix part is just me stuck in an appartment, but that's besides the point 😂
Up early this morning and as soon as I hop out of bed I get a chill up my spine.
That might be because it was 9 degreese this morning.... Like one number. 9. In the south.....
So obivoulsly a hot breakfast was a must 👌

Ingredients:
Dry:
Wet:
Instructions:
I topped mine with some walnuts (because you can't call it banana bread without walnuts), and also a few pieces of dark chocolate sea salt quinoa crisps 😛
Dry:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 scoop chocolate whey (I use cellucor molten chocolate)
- 1 tbs dark chocolate cacao
- 1 tbs baking powder
Wet:
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 eggwhite (3 tbs eggwhites from carton)
- Liquid stevia to taste (I used chocolate flavor sweetleaf)
Instructions:
- Set oven for 375 .
- Combine all Dry ingredients and mix till combined
- Combine wet and dry mix till combined.
- Spray a oven safe bowl with non Stick spray (I use coconut oil)
- Pour mixture in dish and put it in the oven
- Bake for 27 min: check yours because all ovens are not equal!
- Check by inserting knife through the center of oatmeal until knife comes out relatively clean, if still wet stick it back in the oven and check ever 3 min or so till baked all the way through
- Take out of oven and let cool for a couple min
- Top with yummy things
- Dig in and enjoy 👌
