Molten Mocha Chocolate Hazelnut Coffee Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients:
Dry:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 scoop Molten Chocolate whey (cellular)
- 1/2 - 1 tsp Hazelnut Instant coffee, depending on how strong you like your coffee (I just cut open a K-cup and use the instant coffee inside)
- 1 tbs baking powder
Wet:
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 egg white (3 tbs egg whites from carton) shake carton before using to mix whites up
- Liquid stevia to taste (Chocolate sweet-leaf)
Instructions:
- Set oven for 375
- Combine all Dry ingredients and mix till combined
- Combine wet and dry mix till combined.
- Spray a oven safe bowl with non Stick spray (I use coconut oil)
- Pour mixture in greased oven safe dish
- put it in the oven
- Bake for 27 min: check yours because all ovens are not equal!
- Take out of oven and let cool for a couple min (if you can wait)
- Top with good stuff 😛 like i did
