All right....... When's the last time you had a peice of banana bread and said, "Aw that's not good"..... Exactly my point. Never.
Now...... When's the last time you had a piece of 🍫🍌Double-Dark Molten Chocolate Coconut Mounds Bar Banana Bread🍌🍫.... Exactly.
Best.
Bread.
Ever.
I think yes 😏

The best creations always start out with throwing random things together and seeing what works best 👌 I'm really not into using 5047425863389 ingredients either.
Simple, good, whole foods used 👍 with easy minimal ingredients so everyone can make the recipes
As you can see this one started off with me throwing stuff together 😂

Dry:
- 1cup oat flower (just blend rolled oats till flower like consistency)
- 2 scoops molten Chocolate Cellucor Whey Protein Powder
- 3tbs Hershey's dark chocolate cocoa powder
- 3 tbs finely shredded reduced baking coconut (I used this one)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Wet:
- 3 mashed bananas (came out to be 1 and 1/2 cup mashed nana's)
- 2 eggwhites (6 tbs)
- 12 liquid stevia drops (chocolate used in mine)
- 1tsp coconut extract
Instructions-
- Set oven to 350
- Mix all dry together
- Mix all wet together
- Combine wet with dry and mix till combined
- Spray bread pan with nonstick spray (I use coconut oil)
- Pour batter into pan and shake to flatten out
- Top with an extra 2-3 tbs of shredded coconut for the topping
- Stick in the oven and bake for 35-40 min, check yours because ALL OVENS ARE NOT MADE EQUAL PEOPLE
- Take out when you can stick a toothpick/knife in it and it comes out clean
- Let cool on a cooling rack for 30 min or so before slicing
- Keep in a sealed container in fridge for up to a week 👍
