Ingredients:

Sautéed Maple Apples-
mix all:

Oats-
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1scoop Whipped Vanilla Cellucor whey
- Shake of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (0%)
- 1/2 tsp maple extract
- 1/4 tsp Rum extract (can sub with Vanilla if your not a rum fan)
- 1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- Couple drops of sweet leaf stevia to taste (I used vanilla cream)
Sautéed Maple Apples-
mix all:
- 1 chopped apple (i love Honey crisp or Granny Smith)
- 1tbs sugar free maple syrup
- ground cinnamon to taste (a lot hahah)
Instructions:
- Mix all above oat ingredients till combined in a sealable container.
- Place container in fridge
- Let sit for 4-5 hours (usually the longer the thicker)
- Take out and layer in a mason jar with your Sautéed maple apple mixture
- Seal mason jar, and place back in the fridge.
- In the morning grab and dig in!
