Whipped Vanilla Maple Pumpkin Rum-Runner Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
Oatmeal-
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1scoop Whipped vanilla Cellucor Whey
- 1/4 cup caned pumpkin (not Pumpkin pie mix)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (0%)
- 1/2 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- sweet leaf stevia drops to taste (I used vanilla cream)
- 1/2 tsp Rum Extract ( some people don't like rum, so you could easily sub with either vanilla or even maple extract........ but the rum is too good)
Instructions:
- Mix all above oatmeal ingredients till combined in a bowl.
- Put oat mix in either an almost empty PB/Almond Butter jar, or a sealable container (if you don't have a almost empty jar) and store in the fridge overnight to chill.
- In the morning grab, top with whatever you like, and enjoy!
