Decided to get up just a tad bit early and make this #P28 Rocky Road Protein Stuffed Strawberry omelette 😛
The reason it's rocky road??
It's a cellucor peanut butter marshmallow omelette, stuffed with strawberries, on top of a dark chocolate protein fluff, all on top of a toasted p28 bagel.....
Marshmallow👉chocolate👉peanut butter
It doesn't get any more rocky road, people 😏
And it also doesn't get any better 😍
If you haven't tried any of the p28 products your life might be in jeopardy, because I don't function without this stuff hahah 😂

Like I mentioned before, I went to the store earlier, so I had an overflow of bananas 🍌🍌🍌
(This is no coincidence large amounts of nanas are kept every week.... It is staged, so I can do this 😂😂😂)
Earlier in the week I also cracked open a can of pumpkin for some oatmeal, so I also wanted to use some of that in addition to the nanas 🍌+🎃=_______
Now.... I just had to figure out what the flavor was gonna be...... And then it hit me........

Snickerdoodle is probably one of my all time favorite cookies....
So it was only right to do it justice, and make these muffins to munch on post workout 💪🙊

Ingredients-
yields 10 muffins from heaven
Dry:
Wet:
Instructions-
For my IIFYM people - 10 muffins
1 Fat, 15 Carbs, 8 Protein
coming out to 102 cal per muffin
pop 2 of these suckers post workout and your golden

Dry:
- 1cup oat flower (just blend rolled oats till flower like consistency)
- 2 scoops Cinnamon-Swirl Cellucor Whey Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- just a dash or 2 of pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Wet:
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup caned Pumpkin
- 2 eggwhites (6 tbs)
- liquid stevia drops to taste (cinnamon used in mine)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions-
- Set oven to 350
- Mix all dry together
- Mix all wet together (except blueberries)
- Combine wet with dry and mix till combined
- Spray bread pan with nonstick spray (I use coconut oil)
- add 1/2 blueberries to mix
- Pour batter evenly into 10 muffin tins
- Top with the other 1/2 cup blueberries you saved and a dash of cinnamon on each muffin
- Stick in the oven and bake for about 25 min, check yours because ALL OVENS ARE NOT MADE EQUAL PEOPLE
- Take out when you can stick a toothpick/knife in it and it comes out clean
- Let cool on a cooling rack for 20 min or so
- Keep in a sealed container in fridge for up to a week
