White Chocolate Raspberry Cookies N' Cream Baked Oatmeal 👌 topped mine with extra raspberries, 2 tbs of P28 White Chocolate high protein peanut butter, and a tablespoon of raw unsweetened cacao nibs 😛

Ingredients:
Dry:
Wet:
Instructions:
Dry:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 scoop cookies and cream whey (cellucor)
- 1 tbs white chocolate sugar free fat free pudding mix
- 1 tbs baking powder
Wet:
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 eggwhite (3 tbs eggwhites from carton) shake carton before using to mix eggwhites up
- Liquid stevia to taste (vanilla Creme sweetleaf)
Instructions:
- Set oven for 375
- Combine all Dry ingredients and mix till combined
- Combine wet and dry mix till combined.
- Spray a oven safe bowl with non Stick spray (I use coconut oil)
- Pour mixture in greased oven safe dish
- Add half cup of raspberries and mix
- put it in the oven
- Bake for 27 min: check yours because all ovens are not equal!
- Take out of oven and let cool for a couple min (if you can wait)
- Top with good stuff 😛

these are Just
- Extra lean turkey burger patty, with any spices you like (I used smokey bbq spice blend and cracked black pepper) cooked in coconut oil on the stove top, but you could easily grill it.
- Sweet peppers and mushrooms sautéed along with it in the coconut oil on the stove top.
- Topped with spicy brown mustard and tomatoes black pepper.
- All on a P28 toasted piece of protein bread.
