Ok, so I usually get on a kick of something and will have it constantly while I get sick of it from having it too much. I'm a creature of habit so I can't be blamed.
The good news? well, I don't think ill ever get sick of pancakes, so thats good for you and me because

ingredients:
Pancakes-
Dry (Batter):
Wet (Batter):
add-ins: Kept Separate from batter-
Instructions:
Pancakes-
Dry (Batter):
- 1/2 cup oats (ground into oat flower before)
- 1 scoop Cinnamon Swirl Whey (cellucor)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- sprinkle of cinnamon
Wet (Batter):
- Vanilla extract
- butter extract
- 3tbs Greek yogurt 0% (fage)
- 3 tbs almond milk
- 2 egg whites (6 tbs egg whites)
- Liquid stevia to taste (Cinnamon sweet leaf)
add-ins: Kept Separate from batter-
- Diced/chopped apple
- Sugar free maple syrup
Instructions:
- Combine all Dry Batter ingredients in bowl and mix together
- Add all wet ingredients and mix with spoon (should be very thick : thicker batter = thicker pancakes)
- Let batter sit to thicken up, while you heat up 2 pans and slice apple up
- Heat up both pan/skillet to medium
- Spray with with non stick spray when pan is hot and ready fir use (I used coconut oil)
- throw apples in to sauté with cinnamon and 2 tbs syrup and let simmer wile you make pancakes
- Spoon batter to cook
- Watch pancakes carefully, so they don't burn
- Flip, cook more, remove from heat, and plate them
- Layer pancakes with caramelized apple
- Add 1 more tbs maple syrup to top of pancakes when finished
- Enjoy!
