Also decided I wanted something a bit more decident 👌 involving some rolled oats, no muffins this time around. That was last weeks PWOT 👈(post workout treat)

These cookies are healthy, soft, delicious, and packed with protein 😍💪 easily the simplest cookies you have never made.......... Yet 😉

Ingredients-
yields 10 Cookies -
for all my IIFYM people - roughly 100 cal, 1.5F, 15.6 C, and 7.5P

Instructions-
yields 10 Cookies -
for all my IIFYM people - roughly 100 cal, 1.5F, 15.6 C, and 7.5P
Dry:
- 2 cups oat flower (just blend rolled oats till flower like consistency)
- 2 scoops molten chocolate Cellucor Whey Protein Powder
- 2 Tbs raw cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 - 1 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Wet:
- 3 mashed bananas/ 1.5 cups mashed banana
- 1 egg white (3 tbs)
- liquid stevia drops to taste (chocolate used in mine - 12 to 15 drops maybe)
- 1/4 -1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions-
- Set oven to 350
- line baking pan with parchment paper and set aside
- Mix all dry together (except raspberries)
- Mix/mash/whip all wet together in separate bowl
- Combine wet with dry and mix till combined - should be thick
- scoop batter evenly onto parchment lined baking pan - I used ice-cream scooper (10 cookies)
- Top with the raspberries(optional, but you could top with any fruit, coconut, or chocolate chips)
- Stick in the oven and bake for about 20 min, check yours because ALL OVENS ARE NOT MADE EQUAL PEOPLE
- Take out of oven
- Let cool on a cooling rack for 20 min or so (hardest part)
- Keep in a sealed container in fridge for up to a week
