10 muffins total-
1 muffin= 110 calories: 2F-13C-10P

Ingredients:
Dry-
- 1 cup oat flower
- 2 scoops molten chocolate Whey (cellucor)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbs unsweetened coconut (save 2 other tbs for toping) - total 1/4th cup in all
- 3tbs Heresies special dark chocolate coco
Wet-
- 1 cup mashed banana (2 bananas)
- 1 small container fage 0% Greek (6oz) yogurt
- 2 egg whites (6tbs)
- Chocolate stevia sweet leaf drops to taste (3-4 full droplets full)
- 1 tsp coconut extract
- 1/2 - 1/4 butter extract
Instructions:
- set oven to 350
- Take out muffin pan and spray with non stick (I use coconut oil)
- In a bowl combine all dry ingredients and mix
- combine and mix all wet in a mother bowl
- combine both bowls, and mix till well combined
- Spoon batter evenly into 10 of the muffin tins
- Top the muffins with the 2 tbs of extra unsweetened coconut
- Bake in oven for 20 min
- Pull out of oven, let cool for 10 min or so
- Eat, save the rest in Tupperware container in the fridge for up to a week
