I love cooking 👌
Something about the satisfaction of turning nothing into something is just so fun and enjoyable to me.
Recently, I've been getting questions on how I prep my food, and how my dinners always look so good 😂
Well I'll give you a little step by step for making some of the best chicken you've ever made 👌 and can enjoy throughout the whole week.

I always like to change the flavors of my marinades, add different things, and experiment with all types of herbs! so get creative, and you'll find something you like! no need for chicken to be bland and boring!
Usually I get 8 pieces of chicken, and then split them up in 2's with 4 different types of marinades, so I never have the same flavor two times in a row or get tired of any of it
like I said get Creative! This is what I used for my flavors -
- Top left- franks wing sauce with garlic paste and chopped green onion
- Top right - Italian Dressing and fresh rosemary
- Bottom left - Miso Honey Ginger with chili paste and chopped green onion
- Bottom Right - balsamic fig chicken with fresh rosemary
Taste and looks like it came straight out of a gourmet restaurant, and you'll be happy for the whole week with the variety!
Instructions-
- Get your chicken and cut access fat off and discard
- Once you have cut all your unwanted fat from your chicken, use paper towels to pat dry both sides of chicken breasts so there is no access moisture.
- pick marinades you want for you chicken, and put chicken breasts in bags, pour marinade in bag, ensure all chicken is coved in whatever sauce your using, then place in fridge for 4 to 5 hours to marinate and build flavor.
- When ready to cook, pre heat oven to 350
- heat skillet (preferably nonstick/cast iron) on medium/high heat, until a drop of water dissolves and sizzles, then and spray with nonstick olive oil or coconut oil.
- place chicken skin side down in skillet until skin turns brown and gets a nice crisp to it, roughly 4-6 min depending on you skillet.
- Flip over once chicken has a nice color to it, add fresh herbs (I used rosemary and chopped green onion) and then stick skillet in the oven to cook the rest of the chicken through.
- 15-20 min in the oven should do the trick.
Seal your chicken up and store them for the week!
Hope everyone has a good weekend
